today has been the first day of my new life. i’ve tried before to cut down my food after
getting back from rehab – without success. today was the first step back to old habits.
brunch, dinner (no potatoes for me, just sallad and meat), evening snack (fruit)
feels so damn good! i really hope i can keep up with this and slowly eat less and less…
no need to rush, even if i want to be skinny NOW, cause i know that won’t work. this is
a fucking lifestyle. i’ve lost most of it, but i’m coming back. be so sure.
