11/10 -11

yesterday was quite a good day! had two powerwalks (60 mins, 70 mins) and
didn’t eat a lot of shitty food. what i ate exactly:

breakfast: apple, green tea
lunch: apple, two ham/cheese rolls (fat reduced cheese), green tea
dinner: kassler (without fat around of course) with sauce, salad, veggies
+ a piece of french nougat to the coffee – after dinner
eveningsnack: sourmilk with cinnamon, soy milk (unsweetened)

that’s a GOOD day to me. after a while i’ll hopefully eat even less, but i have
to start like this, otherwise i’ll probably binge /sooner/.
