….have been amazing – until today. i binged today. not too much, but i’ve had over
2000 cals. otherwise i’ve had around 800 cals/day this week, and a lot of exercise.
powerwalks, spinning and floorwork at home. but today the food attacked me. – so
guess where i am right now? on my bicycle (spinning bike). can’t compensate for all
the cals today, but at least some of them. every possibility to exercise is necessary,
since EVERY CALORIE COUNTS.
